Horizontal Freezer
The Horizontal Contact Plate Freezer excels in block freezing and preserving portioned food products, offering seamless handling during unloading, loading, transportation, and storage. It is particularly suited for freezing in trays, cartons, and frames.
To use, simply place the product into trays or freezing frames, then slide them between the freezing plates. Once frozen, the trays are effortlessly unloaded, leaving behind uniformly frozen blocks that can be easily packaged, stacked, and stored.

Vertical Freezer
The Vertical Plate Freezer streamlines bulk freezing into a single, straightforward operation. Perfect for block freezing whole fish, fillets, animal by-products, bulk fruits, and vegetables, these systems are fully adaptable for freezing liquids as well.Products are effortlessly placed or poured into vertical cavities between aluminum freezing plates.

Self Contained Unit
Dole’s convenient answer to virtually any in plant freezing need is the highly versatile Freze-Cel Self Contained Unit.
The unit combines hydraulically raised and lowered extruded aluminum plates in a white FRP foam insulated cabinet and an injector recirculated full flooded refrigeration system.
The system is completely assembled, charged and fully tested at the Dole factory. Upon receipt of the unit all you will need to do is supply water. electricity, and refrigerant.
